How to block access to 'Update Cost' on Stock Items

Looking to restrict the ability to update standard costs from some users.

 

I’ve restricted access to “Update Standard Costs” screen, but now looking to restrict the “Update Cost” button within the stock item screen.

 

Anyone know where I can find this?
