Hi @dsenevirathne54

You can create an automation schedule on ‘Process order’ screen with required filters.

This opens up the Automation schedule window. Check what conditions and filter work to meet your requirement.

Depends on what type of quotes you are using:

QT order type SO quotes(in the Sales Orders module) have a cancellation date and on the Process Orders page there is an action for Cancel Orders that you can automate to run daily and cancel any expired orders(I would recommend filtering for QT order types)

The Sales Quotes in the Opportunities module I don’t believe have that functionality. They do have an expiration date but not a cancelled status or any automated process to cancel them so that would likely require a customization.

Hi @markusray17 Thanks for the update. This is useful. Do you think it is an idea to have the cancellation on Sales Quotes.

Thanks

Just to add on to @vkumar ‘s response the Conditions tab is where you would want to filter for the QT order type. Filter Values will allow you to fill in the process screens parameters(by making the start date and end date relative it will increase daily) and Conditions let you apply conditions to the documents being processed to filter out ones you don’t want.

For the schedule you can just set it to run daily before your business hours. There is also an automation schedule history page where you can see the results of the most recent runs(depending on how you setup the retention on the automation schedule on the Details tab).
