Cancel a PO Line that has been prepaid

We have a purchase order that has a prepayment applied to all the lines. There is now one line on the PO that has to be cancelled, but we cannot because of the prepayment that is applied. How can we cancel a PO line without cancelling the entire pre-payment and redoing it?
