We need to insert Inventory stock item with few attribute values.
We have tried to add attributes and only Item created process was success.

+3Your import scenario isn’t properly targeting the Stock Item attributes.
For the initial stock item import I have a section that looks like this to import multiple attributes:
Here is an example of a scenario to update the values of existing items from a bulk list:
