How to see a Deleted PO

Hey all, I looked through the search but I could find a definitive answer. I would like to know if there is a stardard GI or report were I can find a PO that was deleted, more pointedly who deleted the PO. I have already enable the “show deleted records” in the Purchase Order GI but that does not produce any results. We have had this crop up a few times and I would like to find out why it is happening. Let me know if there is a way to do this. Thank you

On forms can each branch have a different color

HI, on a form, I know that fields can be set to have different colors based on a VisibleExpr. I am wondering if each Branch can have its own colors. Ideally, a StylesTemplate by Branch that sets the colors. Or is there a way to use the color that is setup on the Branches Visual Appearance screen? We have a client with 10 companies & 7 branches. It will take a while to change all forms field by field.

Serial Numbers for Inventory Receipts

Hi,What is the simplest way to programatically create and allocate Lot numbers to an Inventory receipt?I have a customisation that creates an inventory receipt, but it won’t release:Reason for this I believe is that when you go into Line Details you see:If I add the lot number here and click OK, the receipt will release. What I have ascertained so far is that this process touches a lot more tables than you might think, so there is a bit going on. After adding the serial number and clicking OK in the “Line Details” dialog box runningexec SearchAllTables @searchStr='77789'on the SQL database indicates that there are six tables involved:INItemLotSerialINItemPlanINLotSerialStatusINSiteLotSerialINTranINTranSplit I’m pretty sure that adding data into this tables directly via the customization isn’t the right way to go. I have tried to use the inspect cusomisation feature to understand what gets called when the OK button is pressed, but because “Line Details” is a modal dialog box this doesn

MRP is not using the PO line promised date. It is using the promise date in the header.

Hello,MRP is not using the promised date on the PO’s line item.It is using the date in the top summary area.Here is the PO. The line item promised dates are much farther out than 10/31/22.Here is what MRP shows in the detail inquiry. It is using the 10/31 date from the image above.We have confirmed changing the header date changes the date on the detail inquiry.

Use side panels to display Drawing log and Photo Log

We are trying to add a collection of side panels to the Projects Screen.I am able to connect four of the 6 that have been requested, but the other two are causing an issue.The screen are not available for selection when setting up the side panel. I noticed the Drawing log and Photo Logs screen numbering indicated they are ‘Inquiry” type forms. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How to hide inactive results from selector User Defined Fields?

I have added a selector type attribute UDF to the Customers form. The selector is pulling results from the Salesperson table, but it is showing inactive salespersons in the results. Is there a way to hide the inactive salespersons from selection?

I get JSON data from ECommerce market. Then the product’s fields, such as price, quantity, customer, vendor and etc. must me mapped to Acumatica’s native fields. How does this process work in Acumatica’s original BigCommerce connector?

Posting Transactions to Acumatica

I’m working on some random stuff and curious how difficult it would be to do the following couple of things as an example from a custom DAC/Graph. I know I could just create inventory batches and post them or AR Invoice Batch, but is there a way to do it without all that overhead? Post an Inventory Transaction, but be able to control/set the COGS side of the transaction Post a Non Inventory Transaction and control both sides of the GL Entries Create an AR Invoice and post it, possibly overriding some of the accounting but having it calculate taxes and run normal invoice emailing and all that logic.What would be the best way to go about doing those three things from a custom set of tables?

Shipment status broken again, confirmed status shipment can neither be prepared invoice nor correct shipment.

Hello, We are using 2020R2 103 version. We encountered another shipment status issue. We are having shipment as status “confirmed”.However, the user can not “prepare invoice” based on it. It will show error: And, the user can not “correct shipment” . It will show error: I checked the Database, it looks like for some unknown reason , the “confirmed” column has not been set to 1. This is the second time, our user met the status mess up issue. Unfortunately, we do not know how to reproduce it.Can Acumatica developers do an in-depth research to solve the root cause?

How do we sync Sales Prices applied from Sales Price Worksheets to BigCommerce?

I have been asked to enable updates from Acumatica to BC when Sales Prices are updated using Sales Price Worksheets. We have several customer price classes in Acumatica (RET, WHL, 1STWHL, GUEST and Base). Any changes to prices for items made that day are updated every evening with a price class worksheet for each of these Price Classes.We want these updates to propagate to the sales price in BC automatically.In BC we have Price Lists for:WHLRETGUEST (inactive currently)and Customer Groups for : 1STWHL, WHL, RET, GUEST Is this something that is built into the BigCommerce Connector? I am a bit confused. I opened the Entities screen and see a Price List option.Do I simply make this active and then do a manual sync? I also see in the Push Notifications that there is BC-PUSH-Prices. If I open BC-PUSH-Prices and check the conditions it seems to be linked to AR-SalesPrice which is what I believe the Sales Price Worksheets update and in the conditions looking for Entity Type PR but if I ch

Modifiers to BigCommerce came from Acumatica

Hi Everyone, I need a modifier (dropdown type) in some of the Items in the Bigcommerce that should came from Acumatica. I only know how to create a template item and building variants through attributes. But what I need is a modifier that will not create a new SKU/variant when I select the options.Is this possible?I made an example: the one under the category attribute should be the modifier But it didn’t sync in the BigCommerce

I am wondering what the fix might be for this error message I receive when trying to save a new Generic Inquiry. There are many unused numbers available but how do I control the next number for screen id? I have looked through numbering sequences to no avail. Thanks for any help you can provide.

PX.Objects.FS dll issue?

Hi,I’m looking for some help on how to resolve the error below:This error occurs on trying to sign into Acumatica/(MYOB). I’m working on a customisation project and everything was fine until I tried to add a selector for FSEquipment. The steps I took to generate the issue were:Add field and selector to DAC Customisation has missing Assembly reference for FS Equipment, so I added that Plus, Added Reference to PX.Objects.FS This is when the problem occurred. Undoing all of the above doesn’t fix the problem. Also I think I added PX.Objects.FS from another build of MYOB which was sitting in the Browse section of the reference manager. Have been through all references and confirmed that they are from the correct version of MYOB.So, how do I Fix the error? Looks like an issue with the login page that is now referencing something it shouldn’t. I can’t get into Acumatica at all so can’t unpublish customization. Any help greatly appreciated as I’ve spent around 4 hours thus far lookin
