Well...at least we know the issue!  :-)

Go to Customization - Site Map.  Locate your screen to see what the workspace is.  In the User Security - Access Rights by Screen, locate the workspace in the tree on the left.  You should see your screen there.

Is this a custom screen?  If so, by default you won’t be able to open it in the project editor, even if you created it.  You have to go to the security setting in acumatica and grant rights to the screen to yourself.

FYI, I pulled my hair out trying to figure that out a while back.  The error message is not very helpful.  Please confirm you can open the screen.  I want to make sure you are good to go.

I assigned delete as access right and I am able to open it.
Is assign by role not possible for this kind of things in future? Do i have to manually select every time?

Security is not my forte.  As a developer, I only know how to get it so that I can open my screen.  I know just enough to get by.  Ha!   Wish I had an answer for you.
