In Acumatica “Process Invoice and Memos” screen (ID: SO505000), one of the invoices my customer created apparently is causing the system to “hang forever” (their words -- the video they showed me has them trying to cancel it after waiting 2 minutes and 18 seconds...).
When they hit cancel, they get a pop up error saying: “Cancellation Token Source Not Set”
So, I sort of know what the error message is saying. But this looks like a Process form, and I’ve only extended Graphs. I am guessing it is an Acumatica Standard Processing form… they must have set up the cancellation logic… didn’t they? Do I need to find this whole thing in the source, copy it over, and then make changes, or can I just override a Process Form the same as I do a regular graph, and then just extend it as normal?
Any thoughts as to how you debug an invoice that “sometimes” seems to “hang forever?”
