Hi guys! I have a trobule and I don’t know what happened or how to fix it, if someone have an idea it would appreciate it.

During package publishing the system throws the below error exception:

I tried to publish the same package in a new instance and the packages was successfully published but I need to fix it in the real instance because the instance needs that package to be published

Can anyone please guide us out the reason of this exception message or how to fix it

Thank you so much!

Hi @angelesosorno86,

1)Have you tried resetting caches and restarting the application from the Apply Updates screen before publishing?

It’s best to try this during non-working hours so it doesn’t affect active users.

2)From Customizaion editor screen:

  1. Select the specific table where you’re encountering the issue.
  2. Choose Reload from Database.
  3. Publish the customization.

3)Also, try publishing with the Cleanup option selected.

Hope, it helps!

Hi @angelesosorno86,

The error seem to be from the database, what the is change you are making to that database table is in the error stack?

To isolate the issue, you can remove that specific item from the customization project and see if that works.

Hi guys!,

Not yet @Nilkanth Dipak , but I can try it on the real system because I tried to replicate it in another environment but it doesn't work.

Thank you so much for your help!

@Vignesh Ponnusamy , I think the table changed but I assumed that system re-create the schema of the database during publishing

@angelesosorno86

If the schema is changed, you have to reload the schema from the database as @Nilkanth Dipaksuggested and use the updated package in the instance where you wanted to publish it.

Hi guys!, I want to comment that the problem was solved, I needed to remove the table in the customization package because the instance did not have the "Publish with cleanup" option enabled, I don't know why but if I delete this, it's works.
I think it would be better if I ran the 'Publish with cleanup' option after the 'Apply Updates' process

Thank you so much for your help!
