Dear Team,

How to upload images to the Acumatica Site folder without without having to copy images directly to the Acumatica Application Server.

For example: upload an image to AcumaticaSite/Icons/image.png

The purpose is to get the image for PictureBox in Report Designer.

Best Regards,

NNT

Hi @nhatnghetinh,

I don’t think we have other options than copying the files into the folder using Windows explorer.

If you aren’t having access the local/development server, you can check with your Server Admin/SaaS team to see if they can copy it for you. If not, you can setup a local instance where you package the files in the customization project.

I have messaged you the article that I shared you earlier. Thanks.!

You would need to set up a local instant of Acumatica where you can copy the files into the correct location and then create a customization package to add the files to. Under the Files section, you can add files out of the site folders, which would then become part of the package. If you export the package and import it to another instance, upon publishing, the files will be copied into the correct places.

Hi @nhatnghetinh,

You can also find information on how to add files/images to the customization project in the following KB,

Hi @darylbowman,

I mean let's say you don't have access to local instant of Acumatica and you can not copy the files into the correct location.

So I would like to ask if there is another way to upload an image to folder of local instant of Acumatica Site (not using the method as you instructed).

Best Regards,

NNT
