As per my understanding, we can not access/ wiki are not managed at code/visual studio level.

it is maintained at the Instances level, there are screens related to wiki’s. newly created / modified wikis can be added to customization packages.

@praveenpo  We want to save any particular change only like Process Manufacturing Tab As Shown above So   how can we save any particular change instead of whole stock item changes in the wiki file

Yes i am able to save wiki’s to customization. But i need to save a specific changes. Like we save only our changes we have done in stock item.
But stock item change is save in our visual studio when HelpRoot_FormReference is added in wiki and the file size is above 25MB which large size
