Hello Community, I had a question while performing a customization to auto update inventory during shipments of certain types. I thought I could just set the condition for Update IN during the confirmed state to true, but it doesn’t seem to allow me. How do I go about getting the “Auto-Run Allowed” enabled for me to set that auto run condition to true?

Hi @AJohnson 

 

You should first create a new workflow with the workflow engine.

Once oyu create a new workflow, it will basically copy and paste the existing one but you will be able to edit it.

Alternatively, you could set up an automation schedule for this.

Let me know if you need some more info.

@AJohnson I believe Acumatica removed this feature from 23 R1/23R2, likely due to potential issues. AutoRun can now only be enabled for Workflow actions but not for the graph level actions

@Naveen Boga @aiwan  Thanks for the responses! I settled on scheduling the “Update Inv” action in Process shipments to run daily in case a user forgets to hit it when confirming the shipment transfer. Much appreciated though!
