Good day everyone, I cant find the reason why an email notification is not working I have the same configuration for the Sales Quotes and everything work fine but on the Project Quotes the email is not sended even when the Business Event History screen tells me that everything is correct but the email is not sended. I hope someone can helpme:

but when I look into the emails pending processing I can’t find my email notification and I don’t know why:

the last emails are just for the request for approval.
