Create A New Category Tab in 'CRM INFO' for Opportunities Screens


Hi, would like to seek help if we can add a disqualified into the reason when creating? If not how to set as disqualifiedCan we add a disqualified into the reason when creating? If not how to set as disqualified

 

Hello, I'd like to request assistance regarding if we could incorporation of a 'disqualified' status at ‘CRM INFO’ REASON SECTION. So far as default, there are only ‘created, converted from lead and qualified’. This is to do a track analysis on how many opportunities created are qualified, disqualified and converted. 

 

If this is not feasible, could you provide guidance on how to designate an entity as 'disqualified' in our existing system? Or a full flow on how this REASON SECTION is used for CRM analysis purpose.

I may not be quite answering your question but you can create more Reason codes by using a customisation package to add the new reasons you want.

The bit people miss is you will also need to extend the system workflow so you can set which reason are available at which status the opportunity is at. As the Opportunity is New therefore only the 3 ticked one can be selected.

The other place to watch out for is you may also need to chahge the Dialog boxes so when you mark the opportunity as Won what reasons can you pick etc.

Would be nice to have the Reason Codes and links to Status as a user maintenance screen like many other features of the system.

For Status, would like to see additional options: Cancelled, Hold, etc.
