Can Acumatica use access rights to limit which CRM activities can be seen by a certain role?

Hello,

My client is using the CRM in many phases of their process. I need to be able to limit which types of activities a certain user can see. For example, they can see emails but they can’t see notes. The reason is that they attach notes realted to the funding of the project and they don’t want that information know to all users.

If I could limit the activities a user can see by filtering out the “Internal” activities, that would be enough.

Any ideas?
