Is there anyone here that can guide me how am I going to create an email notification when there is a new case created in Acumatica?

Using Business event you can create a automation email.

 

I am sharing a sample Business events which trigger an email when the task is assigned to a owner.

@michaelpanelo2021 You can also create a GI for cases and use the business event to trigger an email when a new record (new case) is inserted in the GI:

  1. You can create a GI specifically for new cases (or just use the aucmatica case GI)

 

  1.  set up the business event and use the GI for screen name and ID

 

  1. in business event subscribers, create an email notification
