Employee Labor Cost Rate error

Hello all,

I have been trying to punch in time card for an employee for a particular project but it throws the following error:
 

 

i have the labor rate defined as below:

Still it throws the error. How to resolve this?

@Harry  Check the date on the Labor Rate table on the far right and make sure it is before the date of the time card.
