Do you use the Project Quote in Acumatica or you use a ISV? Do you like it?

Thanks

@raphrf

What components of the estimate/quote are you looking for suggestion?

There is the Takeoff / Quantity portion, that would then feed into the line item estimate, or there could be a simple Project Quote (no plan takeoff needed), that feeds into the Project Cost/Revenue Budgets.

ProEst would handle both Takeoff/Estimate/Quote and when the project is awarded, feed into Acumatica.  The others mentioned (Procore, Redteam, Topbuilder) have components of each.

It may also be helpful to understand your specialty/concentration.  As @pchappell19  mentioned, depending on the Database/Catalog available, estimating solutions will vary (e.g. Homebuilder, GC, Specialty, Civil).

If they truly need take-off and database-based estimating we recommend ProEst unless they are a subcontractor that needs something more specific for their needs (HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork come to mind).

Hi Pchappell19, Thanks for your answer!

You use Proest personnaly? Why dont use it for a subcontracter?

Yes...Per my note above, some subs need additional functionality ProEst doesn’t provide.  For example, it doesn’t do cut/fill quantities for earthwork.
