When signing in on the system email accounts tab in Acumatica, I get the following error.

“We're sorry! An error has occurred while processing your request. A report has been generated for our technical staff to investigate the problem. Please try to repeat your request later. Thank you for understanding.

Show Trace
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Regards,

Richard.

@richardr can you please share the screenshot of the system email accounts. Also, did you configured Oauth 2 for your email? What is the email provided you are using?

I am using my office 365 email. Yes I did configure Ouauth2 Here are the screen shots. It works with a temporary account i created in office 365 so I then

when to reproduce everything using my email and it fails. Odd.

@richardr If you are using the same email in two different tenants with the same external application, the system will function properly. However, you need to configure a separate system email account for each email

Hi @richardr

This error comes normally when the Email account configuration is not correct. Check your email account configuration referring to the following KB

https://community.acumatica.com/security-and-authentication-222/how-to-set-up-exchange-online-office-365-and-azure-online-accounts-using-modern-authentication-oauth-2-0-4638

Note that while configuring, ensure the SECRET VALUE is correctly updated ( not the secret ID).

Regards,
