Hi All,

Can we create a task link with multiple Invoices?

Our cases: we use Task to implement for the receivable team. They will update the status of the invoice or customer on payment following the task. There are cases, multiple invoices will have the same notes, and it takes time if each invoice we create a task.

Appreciated it if you have other advise on this case or knew how to set up multiple select.

Without a customization I don't think you will be able to link one task with multiple Invoices. 
Here is an idea to make it easier to create multiple similar tasks: 

  • Open one of the Tasks
  • Use the Copy action
  • Use the Add New Record action (or use key shortcut Control + Insert) 
  • Update the Related Entity field by selecting a new Invoice

Hi @Anacarina Calvo It seems Task EP404000 don't have Copy & Past function.

FYI I use version 22.202.0040

On Acumatica 2023R1, the Tasks form now has standard Clipboard button that allows to Copy and Paste. You can learn more of the new changes on the release notes, on the section CRM: Enhancements to CRM Tasks :
