As part of our efforts to enhance the overall consistency of the system, we are planning to prohibit having multiple screens with the same ID in the site map.
We understand that some customers may currently have such duplicates. To prevent any potential issues following system upgrades, we request your assistance in gathering the following information:
- If the duplicate screen IDs were created intentionally - the scenario resolved by this configuration?
- If these duplicates appeared accidentally - any thoughts on how that could happen :)
To identify duplicating screens, follow the steps below.
- On the Generic Inquiries (SM208000) form, import the generic inquiry attached to the article and click View Inquiry.
- For each of the result lines shown, open Site Map side panel to see duplicated screens.
