Device Hub Print Inconsistencies

What would cause the following behavior? Everything prints except the document details (Customer details, line items, etc.). It started occurring after a recent update to 2022 R2 Build 22.218.0023. We are using Device Hub when processing the print. The printers are set in the users profile.

Indeed, the Acumatica user account overseeing our DeviceHub instance lacked the necessary security role. It seems this occurred during the upgrade of the Acumatica instance—a potentially unknown bug. Thank you

What version of DeviceHub is installed?

If you preview the job in Print Jobs, does the document display correctly?

Are you using custom fonts?

Version 22.218.0023

The document displays correctly when previewing. The document prints correctly if I use the native OS print functionally (Print Direct via Windows prompts). There are no custom fonts.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  • I set up a new Device Hub server and attempted to print to the same printer. (No Success)
  • Rebooted print server (No Success)
  • Rebooted printer (No Success)
  • Attempted print to a different printer (No Success)
