Hello,

In the GA release note of Acumatica 2020R2 I read that in the core product will be available some new functionality for retail sales (https://www.acumatica.com/corporate-newsroom/press-releases/acumatica-2020-r2-released-with-additional-ai-ml-capabilities/ : “Acumatica POS: manage over-the-counter retail sales for all your retail locations, allowing you to manage a complete omni-channel experience inside Acumatica.” )

I prepared a demo site with the last version of 2020R2 (20.203.0028) but I could’t find anything about this.

 Is someone here that can provide more information about this functionality and also can inform us when actually will be available?

For the POS - Information can be found in the Add-Ons section of the product menu.

Hello,

I don’t have access to view the Add-Ons section. I have this error message although I am logged in:

 

I’m not sure if there is a problem with my user access rights or this section is still under migration to the new Acumatica community site.
