Error: Upgrade process has been interrupted. The database cannot be upgraded because your current build (21.128.0009) is incompatible with the build (21.200.0145) you want to install. Wait for the next update package that will be compatible with your current build.

Have you the reviewed the release notes of Upgrade Update version,

Currently you are not allowed to upgrade the instance because it is not compatible.

Acumatica ERP 2021 R2 21.200.0145 can be upgraded from the following particular versions:

• 2021 R1 Update 11 (21.111.0019) and earlier

• 2020 R2 Update 14 (20.214.0030) and earlier

• 2020 R1 Update 19 (20.119.0010) and earlier For the list of

Currently you are not allowed to upgrade the instance because it is not compatible.
