We may have 150 to 300 employees every month in construction. On site workers may be on a project for 2 weeks or 6 months. They may be off for 3 months or take vacations etc.Time Cards in Acumatica (I made an import scenario from their excel timesheets) forces every entry to the next week regardless of the week that is attempted to be entered.Does anyone know a way to ‘miss weeks’? It’s ridiculous to track a large amount of people that may not have worked for 1 or 12 weeks and when they return we have to enter a pile of zero time cards to fill the blanks.
Hello. We have a biometric clock for finger prints on sites (construction edition) that captures workers time in/out. Another function pulls the logs of the timeclock to our local network and an excel file opens and the Velixo writeback function either updates or adds (if doesn’t exist) an employee time card.Everything works fine, but we want to automate this and when Power Automate opens the excel file, the Acumatica from Velixo is no longer there.I’m guessing it’s because an automation routine is loading excel and not seeing myself as the user so Velixo isn’t installed.Anyone have experience with this or a work around?
Hello,As the title suggests, we’re looking to restrict users from logging in by date.We have the Construction edition and want to restrict our project managers from being able to login for a few days each month.
Hi All,We began implementing Acumatica almost a year ago and have redone a few tenants since then due to changing minds etc. We’re using the Construction edition; have 30ish companies over 3 tenants. 1st tenant contains our Development project companies2nd tenant contains our Subtrade companies and Construction Management company3rd tenant contains all our Construction Management Projects for use in tracking costs for the owners (and to keep that data separate from tenant #2) We’ve had some hiccups implementing and changing things as we learn more about the system.ie. in construction I found it odd that a subcontract gets closed out automatically when the $ value is reached; what if there’s another change order on that subcontract further down the project line (which there often is). We added an unused task with different cost code in each subcontract named “Force Subcontract to Remain Open” and gave it a dollar value of 0.01. Now if the actual cost code item reaches or goes over the
I’ve made a .png with our logo and the same height/width of the Acumatica logo so it should just be an easy swap.We have a few site personnel that can’t seem to use bookmarks efficiently. They google Acumatica login and end up on some other companies login page and they say they can’t get in, reset their password there etc. Old dogs new tricks scenario. This way if they don’t see our logo, they’ll know their in the wrong spot. Question is in the title; if we’re hosted by Acumatica, how can I:rename: login_logo.png to login_logo-old.pngupload our: login_logo.png
