I’m interested to see how other people are determining when an order has all the materials to be able to ship. The scenario is that I am working with a custom manufacturer that has a mix of stock items and make to order items on the sales order. What is the easiest way to see which orders have stock to fulfill all lines, i.e. ship complete?
I’ve added non-inventory items to a service order appointment. How/when are these costs posted to the GL? I see how time is posted and I can bill these transactions in AR, but I don’t see the cost impact to the GL.
The following import scenario stops after successfully importing one record. I would appreciate any help troubleshooting.
Can Acumatica be configured to display time in a 24 hr (military time) format?
I created a customization that creates a view of manufacturing labor data and adds it to the DAC so it can be used in a GI. However, I am getting the following error when I try to release manufacturing transactions. What could cause this?
Is there a standard report or inquiry that will show Sales by customer by month by GL account?
I would like to create a consolidated P&L for two tenants, but exclude sales between tenants. More specifically, tenant A sells to tenant B, but that revenue shouldn’t be considered. Can the row set exclude revenue for a specific customer?Any suggestions are appreciated.
What are some areas in Acumatica where predictive analytics or true AI could help with managing administration, helping users with repetitive tasks, or generally making the system more valuable? Some of this could be done with notifications and business events, but I’m think of something even more advanced. (Ex: Month-end close? Notifying users of situations like low inventory? missing tasks? Unfinished activities? Orphaned transactions? Bank rec? Import or integration management? Case management? Customer/Billing management/)
