Hi all. I am trying to develop a data provider that allows for import/export of Customer Contracts with 11 attributes. Somehow when testing it the first attribute repeats itself 11 times in the export. Is the “design” of the Excel data provider incorrect.
We have a requirement where customer data from a third party is sent over to Acumatica by dropping an encrypted zipped file containing the excel or CSV file of the customer data to a FTP server. We are planning to configure file synchronization to get this file to Acumatica and mapping the import scenario and then using the process import scenario screen to automate import of these records to the customer screen. How can we validate these import of records or get better error feedback?
We do not want items sold out or not available for sale to show up on our Big Commerce Website. Here is our problem: When the last item in stock of a particular SKU is on an Acumatica sales order (but not invoiced) it still shows on the Big Commerce website as available for sale. How can we configure our Acumatica connector so when the last item of a SKU is on a sales order the item will not show up as available for sale on the Big Commerce website? We are on Acumatica 2020 R1.
Hello, I have a situation where a user needs to be notified whenever the credit limit utilisation of a customer exceeds a certain threshold. I have tried using an existing GI which Acumatica offers out-of-the-box with title ‘AR-CreditLimitCustomers’ and added a field to calculate the utilisation percentage. The calculation is as below.=((([ARBalancesSharedCredit.CurrentBal]+[ARBalancesSharedCredit.UnreleasedBal]+[ARBalancesSharedCredit.TotalOpenOrders]+[ARBalancesSharedCredit.TotalShipped]-[ARBalancesSharedCredit.TotalPrepayments])) / [CustomerSharedCredit.CreditLimit]) * 100 However, as expected, the business event does not trigger due to a known limitation that business events do not work on calculated fields. For this reason, I created a SQL View which basically runs the same query as in the GI above and included the custom formula as well as a separate field. I created a DAC linked to this SQL view and added it to a new GI and a business event to it linked to this field.Despite hav
04-Jun-2021When I attempt to install the ERP 2021 R1 Update 6 version from the downloaded AcumaticaERPInstall.msi file, I receive the error listed in the title above. I also receve the same error when attempting to install the ERP 2020 R2 Update 11 version. I have reviewed the “Сan’t get your IIS version from the registry. Probably you don’t have IIS?” error resolution, but I cannot duplicate it. My registry does not have the key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAREMicrosoft\InetStp Please advise. Thanx.
