Thank you everyone. This is apparently a known issue and ignoring the error was the solution.
All of the required fields were in the GI. I made a very primitive GI with no joins and I’m still getting the error. I can’t figure this out.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jOrwclxZhKFaDsPP4l6RPc7QuLopjdzi/view?usp=sharingI guess I’ll make a support ticket.
@Dioris Aguilar Thank you! other than taking issue with the generic inquiry - I don’t see what is wrong. Have any ideas? 6/25/2022 7:48:13 PM Error:Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at PX.Data.PXGenericInqGrph.DynamicFieldsScope..ctor(PXGenericInqGrph graph) at PX.Data.PXGenericInqGrph.ExecuteSelect(String viewName, Object[] parameters, Object[] searches, String[] sortcolumns, Boolean[] descendings, PXFilterRow[] filters, Int32& startRow, Int32 maximumRows, Int32& totalRows) at PX.Web.UI.PXRichTextConverter.ConvertForClientView(Object val, Page page, String dataFieldGraph, String dataFieldView, Action`2 fieldHandler, Nullable`1 wikiId) at PX.Web.UI.PXRichTextEdit.ExecuteCallback(PXCallbackCommand cmd, String strData) at PX.Web.UI.PXCallbackManager.ProcessCallbackInternal(String strData, PXCallbackExecMethod executeMethod)
In access rights, under “hidden,” there are “files” and “file maintenance.” As long as those are permitted to the user under their role (and not denied under a separate role that they have) they should be able to edit those files.
Hi @skater4 I think you are trying to export the images. Try like below. You can join the “PX.SM.UploadFileRevision” and “PX.Data.NoteDoc” tables and get the fileID. From the FileID, you can read the data from the UploadFileRevision table. I’ve attached the GI to get the FileID, The Data will not load on the GI. You can programmatically read the data based on FileID and export the image Hi, thank you for the response. Cant I just get item image URL in inquiry? Hi @skater4 I dont think we can get on Generic Inquiry. The image URL is just https://(your company).acumatica.com/Frames/GetFile.ashx?fileID= plus the file ID.If you concatenate the above URL and the File ID you should be able to build the link
Try Order Data > TagsYou can find the code for the order by adding .json to end of a URL https://(your company).myshopify.com/admin/orders/4407493918798.json Was Document.UsrShopifyTags a customization? We don’t have that field, but we are on the same versionThanks!
Sorry, I’m not able to answer your question. May I ask what version this is? I’m curious about that user-defined fields tab as well as this Shopify tag fields… is this 2022 R1?
Okay, thank you team! We will reach out to our partner to get in touch with the implementation team
Hi @KarthikGajendran,Those fields populate for payments, but not for voided payments. I’ve spoken with Gretchen and she has never used those fields for reconciliation.I know very little about this part of Acumatica, so I’m struggling with problem solving this with Gretchen, but it sounds like we are doing things differently than how the system was intended to be used. We started with the Kensium integration, and it worked OK. With this new integration, our work flow logic may be off and that may be the underlying problem here. Is it possible to get somebody from your team on a phone/skype call or start an email dialogue? We can show you how we are currently doing things and perhaps we can get some guidance on how we can make this easier for us?Thank you very much for your help!
I have sent you the JSON for an order through private chat. Thanks!
Okay that works, is the link editable in html as a button as in my photo or only as a basic ahref link?
@brendan91 Thanks for the question. The Sales Price form is usually used for bulk pricing(Eg:when 2 items are bought then the price would X dollars, 3 items are bought then the price would be Y dollars). Since Shopify does not support bulk pricing out of the box commerce connector cannot export the prices from Sales Price form at the moment. Are we using that form to define prices for our customer price classes, not for bulk pricing. It seems like the only place to do so?So “default sales price” is the only field that defines prices in the out-of-the-box shopify connector?
Okay, so we would need to hire a programmer for this as the customization is a bit different. Thanks for the example though!
