Hello,I am familiar with Shipping Rules on customers.However, is there a way when entering a shipment to make the sales order LINE “complete” or “closed” directly in the shippping screen, or are shipping rules the only way to short ship a sales order line and close it short?Does “Cancel remainder” auto close the sales order line short?Does it close it even if you have inventory but choose not to ship it on this order? Ship Complete: Only completely fulfilled orders are allowed. Back Order Allowed: Back orders are allowed for the customer if some items are out of stock. Cancel Remainder: Orders should be shipped even if the quantities shipped are less than the quantities specified on the order. If all the requested items are out of stock, the order should be canceled.

There I could define a “family or set” that I set a name and define several conversions.For example, I had created the family or set Box12 that had these units:Each conversion 1 Case 6 conversion 6Case 12 conversion 12 Then I could go and assign this family or set to a number of products. HiWhen there is a nil value in the sales order form, the line level normally shows an error message saying there is 0 value in the inventory. The error message was showing for some time. But now it does not demonstrate on the form even though the inventory balance is 0. is there a special option to enable that error message?
Hi Team , Do you know how to modify the original Purchase Order Report to list the items in the order were originally added and not list them alphabetically by Inventory ID? The system currently does it for Sales Order Report but not for Purchase Orders.
Can someone suggest a way to use Acumatica “Opportunities” for our situation. We know how much a customer or prospect spends on supplies in a year. We want to create an “opportunity” for the yearly amount the customer or prospect will spend with all suppliers. For expample, a customer will spend $50,000 per year with all suppliers. We want to create a $50,000 “opportunity” and then as we write invoices throughout the year, we could see “how much” of the $50,000 “opportunity” we are getting. For example, if by June we wrote 5 invoices for $5,000 each, we would see we captured $25,000 of the $50,000 opportunity. Is this possible to do with Acumatica “opportunities”?
It would appear all the data is in Acumatica but has it been considered or done that there is a function that would show the distance in miles from a linked PO to SO? In this time with everyone wanting things instantly, no one remembers that it takes time to travel 1400 miles. And it would be very beneficial for our employees to visual see the distance and be able to contact the shippers to confirm the orders are shipping timely to make it to our customers.Is there away to do this? Or can it be added to an update?
I am trying to create a payment from the screen AP302000 and on selecting the Cash Account it comes out blank yet I have a number of Cash Accounts defined My Payment method is linked to the Cash Account as shown below If I manually try to enter in the Cash Account I get the error message shown below: “'Cash Account' cannot be found in the system. Hi Everyone,We have a concern about access right for a specific user that has access in different branch.User 1 has access to Branch A and Branch B, it seems that he already saw the same screen when i logged in both branches.Is there a way to segregate my access per branch?Here is the situation.When User 1 logged in Branch A - He can access Purchasing Screen When User 1 logged in Branch B - He can't access or can't be seen the Purchasing ScreenIs it possible?Thank you!
Looking for some information on Lot Tracking for Meat. Have a client that produces meat, but would like to keep track of inventory based off the meat cut, weight and the tag(cattle) from which the meat came from. Looking to put this information into Acumatica. Any ideas or suggestions?
I have marked Inventory / Inquiries / Inventory Summary for inclusion in my favorites, but on my favorites page I would like it to say Item Allocation instead of Inventory Summary. I don’t want it to change for the other users.It seems like a good solution would be to copy this to a new GI with a new name, but I don’t know how to do that. I have admin rights. I see screen ID CST.IN.40.10.00 but I don’t see a way to edit or copy that. I can’t find this screen under Generic Inquiries. I’ve read here that it needs to be done with a Customization but is there a simple way to do that?Thanks.
I'd like to inquire about the "Scan & Transfer" option. It appears to be a one-step transfer. Could you please explain how a user can acknowledge a transfer receipt (Two-Step Transfer) using a mobile device? One of our customers wants to be able to execute two-step transfers on the mobile app. Thanks Ram

Is there a way to change the scan flow in the mobile app for distribution?For example, Pick, Pack and Ship, the flow is Scan the Shipment number, then Scan the location and then scan the Item. Also, does anyone know how you can see on the mobile app what the qty to pick is without hitting the review button?
Can we have a “Business Account” that is not a customer or a vendor? We have a need to have in Acumatica persons and companies related to our business but that are not customers or vendors. “Regulators” are an example. Other examples are trade associations. Can these types of person and companies be “Business Contacts” but not customers or vendors?
I have a client who sells seeds and they need to have the Lot Number be segmented to show the Lot Number and the Seed Count. It would be something like N1234-1225, however those numbers are not dates or years and are never incremental. I know I can segment it, but all the options are non customizable. Does anyone have an idea on how I could make those user enterable without the system choosing the next number? I would prefer to not customize the screen though.
When I am trying to release the purchase receipt, the vendor reference number is not populating, and I am also facing the following error when releasing the purchase receipt: "Vendor reference number cannot be empty." I am using the 22R1 22.113.0040 version.
