Hi All,I added a new field as a list of value to “Leads” form. After published it, some errors were occurred. Although I published it again, same error was displayed.And also, same error was displayed when open another forms like these.
We have the Salesforce integration set up and running the integration manually does work, although we would like to turn on the real time sync. We are only pushing records into Acumatica from Salesforce, so we have no export scenarios assigned to the Salesforce setup. There are no errors if we run the import manually from Salesforce, although when we update Salesforce, opportunity for one example, it doesn’t update the Acumatica record. We have to do a sync within the Saleforce Data Resync screen. Within the Salesforce Sync screen, we do have all entities running for the real time sync (with Import Scenarios activated for all of them).

I’m just starting to explore Marketing activities in Acumatica and I’m stumbling right out of the box.I want to create a dynamic marketing list, but my underlying generic inquiry is not available as a selection for my marketing list.I’m sure I’m missing something basic, but I’m stumped.This is my generic inquiry setup (I’ve tried it with the workspace fields both filled in and blank):But it’s not listed as a selection on my marketing list: What am I missing??
It appears the quote screen within opportunities is not the same as it lives within the CRM. When we quote a customer we also quote freight. How do we do this within opportunities/quotes?
After upgraded to 23.110.0025 from 22R1, we have noticed that there is change when creating email activity from case (CR306000). In previous version, the default subject line would be "[Case #((Case.CaseCD))] (Case.Subject), now is “Summary:1”.We do have a lot of email templates associated with CR306000, but it looks like there is no default template associate with case email anymore, what is the reason behind this and is there a fix?Also, when replying to customer email, “Select template” action is now putting template content to bottom of the email, which is incorrect!
My company wants to start automatically assigning lead ownership in a Round Robin order, i.e. Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, then back to 1 and continuing the cycle. I know I can set an assignment map with Rules for each employee or workgroup, but I want to make it as fair as possible and evenly distribute leads to our Reps. Is there a way to do this automatically without having a rule for each different employee?
Hi,For the setup of emails, I know you can set different emails for each branch by adding different records for the INVOICE id, as shown in the second image below. However, I have found that these settings don't seem to come through for the manual sending of emails via the window shown in the first image below.Is there a different screen I need to use to populate the From field in the image below based on which Branch I am in? I’ve been asked to identify business accounts where the ‘owner’ field contains an employee that is no longer active. I can’t figure out how to do this...I assume it’s possible?
Hi All,This is our existing implementation that used work in 2019 version, basically the below piece of code removes an Ext Dac at runtime from the sorted list. Hello Community,Is it possible to integrate a third party control as an Acumatica control?
Hi everyone,I’ve got a question about the coloring of a field. We’ve sent out e-mails with invoices to customers. The e-mail show up as processed in “All Emails” (CO409070) with no errors. So far so good.Now we have received some complaints that invoices have not been received. For each complaint we’ve checked the activities in the invoice (AR301000) and here the date is shown in red. I couldn’t find any information on what this means. Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!Thanks.
Good Morning,We are attempting to create a live sync with a sales demo site with a dev sales force site. Everything works except for the live sync. If we go to the salesforce sync page in acumatica and start the processes. Acumatica comes back and says all is good, no error messages. However the status of the SalesForce Sync is always Stopped. I’ve seen video’s and screenshots of that status as “Running”. I’m out of ideas of why this isn’t running and staying as running.As mentioned early i’ve run a full resync and all the data comes in and goes out to SalesForce. Its just the Live sync that doesn’t seem to want to work.Appreciate the help!
Has anyone successfully used Acumatica CRM/Marketing functionality to conduct drip marketing campaigns? Example scenario: When someone fills out a form on our website, they’re automatically captured as a lead and added to an awareness drip campaign. It’s comprised of sending the lead 14 emails spread out over the course of 12 months.Is it possible to automate such a campaign using Acumatica functionality?
Is there a way to login as a user on the customer portal, as there is in the main ERP environment?I need to troubleshoot what a user is seeing, but can’t find a way to login as them.
Do you have the ability to log email to Acumatica ERP without CRM installed?
We have a customer with the Self-Service Portal. They allow their customers to enter support cases and communicate with them through it.However, customers do not have rights to use the ADD COMMENTS action: In the portal, I used the Access Rights link under the Tools dropdown and changed the Add Comments access here for the Portal User role: However, that didn’t allow customers to enter comments.Where else might this functionality be controlled?Thanks!

We generate our PDF proposals outside of Acumatica. We are looking to send a reminder email with either an attached PDF or link to a web hosted PDF via Acumatica’s business events. We know how to perform all of the automation but because the PDF is not generated by Acumatica we can’t seem to figure out how to tell Acumatica to attach it. The other option we’ve looked as is using a weblink however that (from what I understand) cannot be automated.
I am trying to add quoteNbr to my Opportunities screen. I made it to where you can see the column for quoteNbr but nothing populates. What am I missing on my generic inquiry to pull that over???

Multiple users have brought this to my attention after upgrading to 2022 R2 release. They do all of their email out of Acumatica and use the Discard Changes and Close button and that seems to be missing. Any way to get that button back? It seems in the new release of 2022 R2, when you open an email activity, it opens a duplicate tab, and the Discard Changes and Close button is gone now. Now you have to close the tab and go back to the previous All Emails tab at the top. We used to have the Discard icon.I looked but did not see any changes for this in any of the User Guides.
Hi,I need to do some customizations in the Catalog form in the customer portal. Therefore, I need to view and go through the customization function which includes Customization functions like the following image. But that highlighted function is not available in Catalog form when I am logging as admin. And also, the highlighted function is not available in the Catalog form when I am logging in as an external portal user.Thank you.
