Consolidate subaccount from other tenant/ Mapping subaccount in different ledgers

Hello there, I managed to create the same subaccounts in Canada tenant (parent in CAD) and US tenant (subsi in USD).When I reval and translated the actual ledger in US tenant to CAD ledger, the whole subaccount is disregarded into a journal batch. Hence when I consolidate in the parent company, consolidated P&L only show parent company in different subaccount but no data in US tenant. Am I missing a step in translating the USD ledger to CAD ledger in US tenant? How do me map the subaccount between ledger? Thank you in advance. Regards,Cherlene

import scenario to update Expiry Date for duplicate items cont..

Hi @Naveen B , All,I have a file which contains data to update the Lot and ExpiryDate to an existing SO. The issue i am having, is the file has duplicate inventory items and Lot/Expiry dates. I don’t have any numbering system to rely on in the file. Is there something I can do in the Import Scenario to get around this issue? Task created by Business Scenario activation has no details

When a business scenario is activated and picked up by the automation schedule , it generates a list of tasks. When I click on a task I've been assigned how do I see the detail in that task that was captured in the scenario setup? The details are important to me as I assume this is the communication medium.

AR301000GetSchema() returns Null for .ServiceCommands

Background:I have an Acumatica instance installed that has two Tenants. Tenant ID 2 is the actual company data, and Tenant ID 3 is test company data. I have API Web Service started that has access to AR301000(created only in Tenant 2). I have an admin user, with system admin rights on both Tenants. I just change the login information to switch tenants. admin@actual or admin@test. Im doing this via a C# app, and using a SoapScreenClient. My goal is to create an Invoice, and add a couple lines items in the DocumentDetails section.Issue:Calling .AR301000GetSchema() in Tenant 3 will show DocumentDetails.ServiceCommands as NULL, and therefore I can’t access the .NewRow Command. By only changing my login info to Tenant 2, the .AR301000GetSchema() will allow me to access the ServiceCommands, and call .NewRow and add my line items. The two tenants are setup nearly identical, and manually logging into the web interface, I can complete this task as expected.Side Note.This issue of this .ServiceC

GL633000 Transaction for Period $EndBalance adding up on new $TotalEndBalance for Report (bad)

I have modified the GL633000 Transaction for Period Report in Acumatica to include a Total of Report at the end, i manage to include a simple $TotalEndBalance = $TotalEndBalance + $EndBalance new variable almost at the end of the report, but I cant make the report not include the $EndBalance that belogn to transctions that were hided due to the parameter “Include Accounts with Transactions Only”. The parameter in Acumatica is call WithTran, that affects a variable $Visible, but can seem to make it work. Have any of the community encounter this, and has an idea to fix this problem? Total is good if the paramenter is not selected, but if you selected, pum, the $TotalEndBalance is wrong as is not reduced by the amount of $EndBalnaces that are not showing up.

Acumatica Webhook not trigger after Bigcommerce connector sales order sync.

Hi Experts!I have noticed that when we sync an Order from Bigcommerce using the Commerce Connector it doesn’t trigger the webhook that we have created. Do we need to add additional setup for this or is this how usually it works? When we try to create an Order inside Acumatica it seems that the webhook trigger properly and we received the POST request from our server.

T190 Course - Problems when adding Custom Field - Step 2.1 - Duplicate field useRepairItem in Visual Studio Build

When attempting to Build the Project (page 24 of T190_QuickStartInCustomization), Visual Studio generates an error from file InventoryItemExtensions.cs:“The type ‘InventoryItemExt’ already contains a definition for ‘usrRepairItem’When I installed Acumatica for this course, I was prompted, when loading the data, which course I wanted to load. The T190 course was not listed as an option, so I selected the T280 course.I suspect this is related to the error. I assume the usrRepairItem custom field already exists in the data version that I loaded. If the T190 course data is not available as an option, which version should I load?

Customer Portal - Customer Parent-Child relationship

Since currently it is only a relationship 1 to 1 when assigning a Contact to a Business Account, is there a way to allow a contact to have access to the parent and all children accounts' information from the portal?In other words. I have Parent Business Account ID (PBA) assigned to a Contact (C) and PBA has multiple children (MC) associated to it.Can then C, have access to PBA and all MC's information on the portal by Business Account? Software for catering industry

I have a new Acumatica client that is in the catering industry. They need a front end solution that will handle the event planning, booking, invitations, venue, menu...Once the event is approved, we will use Acumatica core for the processing. We are also looking at Tayani Solutions for the process manufacturing needed but they don’t have the front end piece that is missing. If anyone has worked in this industry and has some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Jim Gross

Can the long running status success message be hidden programmatically?

In Acumatica 2021R2, the long running process message is more visible and prominent. This is a welcome change. It was difficult to detect the small red and green icon in previous versions.In 21R2, the only way I’ve found to remove/hide this overlay is to click the close icon "X".I'd like to hide the success overlay via code after a specific event, for example, so the end user doesn’t have to manually click the “X” icon. Is there any way to hide or change this overlay programmatically?

Beggining Balance for GL633000 with no Groups

Good day Community, I have removed the groupings from GL633000 - Journal Transactions for Period, as one of my clients, just wants the range from accounts without the grouping. But I am struggling to correctly have the beginning balance that will add up all the beginning balances from the range of accounts, It works for one account range, but when I do a range for several accounts, the beginning balance goes to zero. I have tried to accumulate the Beginning Balance with a: $TotalBegBal = $BegBalance + $TotalBegBal, but it did not work. I started to pull out my hair one follicle at a time. This is my groupingNote: I am submitting an idea for Tags to have the word Desperation on it as a selection.

Is there a way to roll up multiple T&M Projects for one customer into one single Pro-Forma or AR Invoice?

We have a business use case that we are trying to figure out. We would like to take multiple T&M projects and roll the invoicing for each one of those into one invoice? I was playing around with the idea of Parent Child Customers with the Child customer associated with he Parent with the Consolidate Balance, Consolidate Statements, and Share credit Policy set. AR Payments with Cash Discounts Past Credit Terms

Good day,We are figuring out a process to apply payments and discounts to invoices. ACM has been processing orders and invoicing them since the beginning of the year. The company financial operation has not be used (long story) but been an ordering processing system.First, we decided to manually apply payments to the invoices in ACM. I tested the process with payments and adding a cash discount to the invoice. The customer makes a payment less the discount. The problem is that credit terms (in past) were not set-up correctly or we are over the period so I get the below error when applying the discount. The message “The amount entered exceeds the remaining cash discount balance 0”. I know this is related to the credit terms on the invoice.You have any ideas. The only thing that I could think of was to enter the paid amount and then do a credit for the discount with a GL on the customer account but that would leave a balance on the invoices. Or another way would be to pay the invoi

Duplicate Accounts Payable Check across different branches

On Company A check number 123 should have been my next check number but the system skipped to check 124 for Company A. When I looked in the Accounts Payable Module for check 123 up it should up under Company B. Company A’s checks should not look for duplication in Company B. Is there a setting in the Accounts Payable Module that allows duplicate checks across different Companies? Or a setting in Acumatica somewhere that tells the system that duplicate checks are by company?
