Active Pivot Filter Color Scheme

Is there a place I can override the background color applied to an active Pivot filter. Acumatica default seem to be applying something derived from the primary color override for the active Company or Branch. In our case it makes the active filter indistinguishable from the non-active filter, causing much confusion with our users. I don’t need to match the theme, just need to know filter is active.Any alternative (i.e. changing color of text and/or funnel icon) would be acceptable also.

Mobile app not redirecting to from SO644000 report

I am currently developing a customization on the SO503050 screen including mobile. The problem that I am facing is that I already configured everything to be able to redirect the user after the process action is completed but its not redirecting. I attached some images about what I already configured: On the Update MENUOn my custom screenAnd I have already added the respective add Screen “SO644000” of type report for each of the reports. I am missing something?

Custom Integration Scenario "x items have not been processed successfully." - But data instereted correctly

I created a custom Import Scenario that uses the Employee screen. It essentially calls a custom Action I created. The action performs no redirection; it merely creates a new PREmployee record.The configuration is below: When I try to run this in an “Import by Scenario”, I receive an error: Error: x items have not been processed successfully. View name: Employee. No errors appear next to the individual items. Furthermore, the action performs as expected; the PREmployee record is created.Why might this error be appearing and how might I troubleshoot?

Autocomplete will not limit to clients/vendors default families

Hi !Just updated to the brand new 2021r1 and we have an issue with the autocomplete feature when used to find a client or a vendor reference.On the previous Acumatica version we used (2018r2), the autocomplete suggested only clients/vendors of the default family. I mean by that, the family set as default on the client/vendor preferences screen :Now, it suggests clients/vendors from all the families.How to apply the “default family” filter to the autocomplete suggestions, so it suggests only clients from the client family set as default in the preferences (same with vendors) ?Thank you :)

Staff Utilization Acumatica

I am wondering if anyone has ideas on where to start with a customization to accurately capture field staff utilization in Acumatica. Our work is all project based and we have hundreds of projects running at a given time. Teams are tracking Travel time in the projects under the tasks IBT and OBT (inbound and outbound travel) The rest of tasks are onsite time. I am hoping to shape the data in a way I can use the stock Dashboards to report Onsite vs Travel time and %of 40 hours a week but in a GI I can’t seem to create all the calculations I need so am thinking I need to have a custom field or two to store the data. My GI is based on PX.Objects.CR.PMTimeActivity and left joins in the Projects and Tasks to use the common name between projects for the tasks.Here is the way I am calculating the hours “Onsite” in the GI =((CDec([PMTimeActivity.TimeBillable]) - iif( [PMProject.ContractCD] = '1',CDec([PMTimeActivity.TimeBillable]),0) - iif( left(CStr([PMTask.TaskCD]),3) = 'IBT',CDec([PMTi

Inventory Transfers - using a Via Location

Many times customers need to transfer from One Warehouse to another; however there is a time delay between the transfer. The 2 Step transfer will allow for a 2 step process; however the only visibility is in the “In Transit” columns. This data is usually challenging to see on majority of Screens and Reports. If the 2 step transfer allowed for a Via Warehouse, then the users can quickly use the standard screens to see the location of the inventory.

Import sales orders from XML

Hi, Im trying to import a XML file, which cant be read properly by the system.However, im able to get a column with the data I need, but they are ordered row wise. The column is named “td”, and I would like to get data from specified rows. Do someone know how i can map this row wise? Below is a printscreen from the import scenario. The source field is column “td”, but is it possible to map this to a spesific row? Like “td” row 10. I have tried “td10”, but it seems not to work.

AppDynamics integration with Acumatica 2020R2

Hi,I have a customization project based on Acumatica and i need to use AppDynamics in order to enable runtime monitoring (response time, db calls, etc.).For webforms based applications, AppDynamics provides some javascript code to be included on master pages. How to Disable to Auto Update of Customer discount

Hi, Recently we had RC for a customer who returned items during the transaction we were not yet on Acumatica. We had to process the RC with special inventory code where price and discount was in accordance to the original invoice. Now during shipment and CM preparation, the system automatically updated the SO’s discounting to that of current discount of the customer. Unfortunately, the clerk failed to check that prior posting resulting to discrepancy. Is there any way or work around that we can avoid the same system behavior in the future? TIA! :)

Tracking Canceled Dropship Orders

Greetings,The new Dropship workflow for the Cancel Order Action in 2021 R1 breaks the link between the Sales Order and Purchase Order lines (previously found in [SOLineSplit.PONbr]). However, it is sometimes helpful in our business analysis to see the entirety of a canceled Dropship order.Any ideas on how to reestablish a link? I’ve tried the new Workflow engine a little, but because the links occur at the line level, I haven’t had much luck.Thanks!

Enable "Locales" would case function "DateDiff" throw out error when using GI.

Hello, I encountered an error, and my large guess it is caused by glitch in system. I’d like to report it here.A same GI, it run successfully in 1 Tenant, however it could not even be opened in another tenant which is with “Locales” enabled. It could be opened and run successfully unless I turned off the “Locales” or I inactive the use of function “DateDiff”. Like below: If I active the line with DateDiff function while I keep the locales on, it throws error:

ARM report is not displaying all columns with account details in 2021R1 update

The financial report shows the detailed account code description values for actuals, allocations and budget figures by department. Since the upgrade to 2021R1, the first column will show the data correctly, but those after that only show the totals that are from the formulas set out in the rows (no GL account values are displayed).The summary report for this information, where the accounts are not expanded, show all figures correctly.Has anyone else had this issue with this new version?

Custom DAC issues

I have a new screen which utilizes a custom DAC class based on a table I imported in to the Acumatica database. When I manually add rows to the SQL table, the data is present in the new screen but the save functionality is not working. I don’t receive any errors but the data is not actually saved to the database for new or existing rows. The delete button does not work either. Because I can view the data properly, but not save, I am lead to believe that this is an issue with some of the DAC attributes but I followed the documentation in the partner learning program (and I got the example to work) but now this project isn’t working. Is it possible to use a UDF in navigation parameters when creating an action in a customization?

I’m working on creating an action from the case screen to sales order screen. Action would Create Sales Order. On the sales order, I have a UDF that I would like to pass the case ID into with the navigation parameters. I’m not seeing my UDF in the parameter options. Is there a step needed to have it show there or is passing information to a UDF through the action not possible? Thanks!

Cancel a PO Line that has been prepaid

We have a purchase order that has a prepayment applied to all the lines. There is now one line on the PO that has to be cancelled, but we cannot because of the prepayment that is applied. How can we cancel a PO line without cancelling the entire pre-payment and redoing it?
