I have a custom table being added to the database and maintained with a new screen. I want to add a combo box to an existing screen that gets populated with the values form my new custom table. I cant seem to find documentation on this type of scenario and how I can go about this.
I want to add info to the bottom of the Sales Order - Details grid based on the selected row’s inventory ID. Need to be able to display the last sale price and discount fields for the order’s customer and the line’s item. Is this possible? I drew in where I would like for the info to go.. Thanks in advance
I have added a field (Profit Center) to the Sales Order header and detail tables. After requiring the field on the header, that field is then used as the default for the corresponding field when the user is adding detail lines to the sales order. This functionality is correctly working for all scenarios EXCEPT for the very first record when the header is unsaved.. Once the header is saved, then upon creating a detail record the field is correctly defaulted. Both fields have the same underlying data and work as intended on their own as selector controls. Here is what is weird.. When entering a new header and before saving once you add a record in the Document Details grid, the first record does NOT default correctly. If you delete that record and then use the Add Row button, the new record now defaults correctly. Here is the code for the SO.SOOrder DAC extension:[PXDBString(20)][PXSelector(typeof(Search<ReasonCode.reasonCodeID, Where<ReasonCode.usage, Equal<ReasonCodeUsages.s
I have added a field to the existing SOOrder DAC in order to carry a ReasonCode.. But I only want to select records from the ReasonCode where the Usage field is equal to ‘A’Here is my selector code to display the ReasonCodeID and Descr fields..[PXSelector(typeof(Search<ReasonCode.reasonCodeID, Where<ReasonCode.usage, Equal<'A'>>>), typeof(ReasonCode.reasonCodeID), typeof(ReasonCode.descr))] But this is the error:\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_SO_SOOrder_extensions.cs(36): error CS1031: Type expected
I have a new screen which utilizes a custom DAC class based on a table I imported in to the Acumatica database. When I manually add rows to the SQL table, the data is present in the new screen but the save functionality is not working. I don’t receive any errors but the data is not actually saved to the database for new or existing rows. The delete button does not work either. Because I can view the data properly, but not save, I am lead to believe that this is an issue with some of the DAC attributes but I followed the documentation in the partner learning program (and I got the example to work) but now this project isn’t working. Here is new custom DAC:using System;using PX.Data;namespace MyCustomImport{ [PXCacheName("myTable")] public class myTable: IBqlTable { #region Ord_type [PXDBString(1, IsKey = true, IsFixed = true, IsUnicode = true, InputMask = "")] [PXDefault] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Ord_type")] public virtual string Ord_type { get; set; } public abstr
To start, I am very new to the Acumatica environment.. We have a customer that has a hosted Acumatica setup and needs a custom table (and its data) imported into the system.. So the scenario is that we need a customization project that will Create the table (if doesn’t already exist in database) Create the screen with all of the data fields form the table Have simple CRUD functionalityI am able to use the database script component of the customization project to create the table but I am having a tough time linking the new screen to the table/correct data fields. Then I am having a tough time with the simple CRUD functions in the graph. I am mostly looking for some examples or more thorough documentation on topics like this so I can dive in and learn how to do this the correct way. Thanks in advance for any help
I am trying to add some more info to the Availability status at the bottom of Sales Order - Details grid. Specifically, I am trying to pull the last sold cost for the sales order header’s customer and the sales order detail/line inventory ID field. Is there an imbedded way/function to load this price or will this require the PXSelect methodology? Thanks!
