I have a similar issue where a tax report was created incorrectly and released now how do I reverse this? Am I completely stuck??
After further research, I believe this is a bug-unless there is functionality somewhere that I am not understanding. If an invoice that was created in the SO module is reversed in the AR module, it should not affect inventory in SO or IN modules to my understanding.The proper way to credit an invoice that originated in the SO module is to create an RC order. This then produces the following credit memo: Credit MemoWhich is correct
Hi @ervin41 To register mobile device, the only requirement is to ‘enable push notifications for the Acumatica ERP mobile app and sign in to the system at least once’. Check if steps to enable Push notification are done correctly. Regards, Agreed, the documentation does specify how it should work however the mobile device does not register in the users devices list when logging in. It does work in my Acumatica Staging environment so I’m guessing a configuration issue.
