@vkumar Thank you for the reply. We are on build 20.109.0032. The orders that I specifically called out in the post have been processed today, but you can see that shipment #1408 is now not showing in the “orders to be shipped” widget even though it meets the parameters to be there. Count me in. We have not taken advantage of using authorizations yet, but I believe there may be some use cases for us.
Where are you trying to add it? If you are just looking to add it to the customers page for your reference you could simply create a custom attribute.In my attached screen shot (from customers page) we have two attributes for this customer; a checkbox for whether POs are required, and a field to list a blanket PO if they have provided one. These fields auto populate based off of their class when a new customer is created. You can even set which attributes appear (or are required) based on customer class. In the image below you will see that both attributes will show up upon creation of a customer added to the “CONSTR” class. See attached
