My first guess would be that your automation schedule is preparing it for the wrong date as it shows 0 records processed.
Outside of creating attributes I think the only other route would be a customization that adds custom fields for the dimensions.
I am seeing the same issue on my macbook. I don’t have a fix unfortunately(other than using a different browser). I looked into the javascript a bit and it seems to be attempting to detect when the mouse is near the bottom edge which triggers it to load more options. On safari this is triggering whenever the mouse moves over the autocomplete suggestions which causes the suggestions to jump around. It seems to affect all of the autocomplete drop downs
https://www.acumatica.com/blog/popup-note-manager/ here’s a blog post that covers the topic a bit. Depending on the condition it should be a pretty straightforward customization.
Are you using the same account for authentication(an account with permission to send as all of the email addresses), or are you using different credentials for each account? The connection settings look correct, I would recommend looking into the permissions of the credentials you are using on the email account that aren’t working. It’s also worth double checking that SMTP authentication isn’t disabled on those accounts. Here is a Microsoft article on how to do that.
That could be done via a customization, but I don’t think there is any setting for that.
That’s a custom field so it is hard to say exactly but the issue is that somewhere it is trying to implicitly cast an int32(whole number) to a string(word/text). In C# it doesn’t implicitly(automatically) allow int32 to be converted to a string. Essentially something is trying to put a number(int32) in a word/text(string) data field without explicitly converting it to a string. The issue is definitely within the customization related to UsrSelectedTerminal.
It’s difficult to say without knowing how you are authenticating(or the configuration you are using) but I would guess that the issue lies on outlook’s side of things and perhaps the credentials/method of authentication doesn’t provide access to all the accounts you are trying to send from.
I just posted on an older thread but if you are still having this issue the page is in a folder in the CstDesigner folder and mine is prefixed with [Username]_[ProjectName] and there is a [ScreenID].aspx file inside that you can open and change to fix the issue. Nothing I was able to do from the editor seemed to fix the issue except deleting the project and reimporting it under a different name.
If you are on a local version or have file access you can fix it by opening the aspx page in the AcumaticaInstance/CstDesigner/YourUsername_YourProject/Page.aspx directory and then fixing the field. For some reason putting an invalid configuration prevents the customization editor from saving any changes to the actual designer aspx file.
