Did you miss the Community Meetup - Distribution Show & Tell: Side Panels - Tue, Mar 15?

The first Distribution Show & Tell topic is SIDE PANELS, one of my favorite features of the Acumatica platform. See how Acumatica Community members have used side panels to track shipments, view PDFs, see if the Finished Good on the SO can be fulfilled on the requested date (exploding a BOM into multiple levels), and much more. Also get a sneak peak of the requirements for some of the pre-defined side panels in Distribution modules to be included out of the box.

Known issue: In rare cases, during processing of project-related documents in the system, the 'Error: 'Cost Code' cannot be found in the system' error occurred

Known issue: In some cases, on the Batch Payments form, on a user's attempt to export batch payments, the system returned the 'The bank routing number specified for the vendor is invalid or empty. The number must be at least 8 digits' error

Known issue: On the Acumatica Self-Service portal, if a carrier with an external plug-in was specified for a customer, the system did not fill in the customer shipping address and did not save the manually entered address on the Checkout form

Known issue: In Acumatica ERP 2021 R2, in some cases, when a user tried to release a material transaction on the Materials form, the system returned the 'Another process has added the AMProdMatlLotSerial' error

Known issue: In Acumatica ERP 2021 R1 Update 19 through Update 20, if there were multiple Shopify stores configured, the system assigned the Deleted status to the lines of the Product Availability entity for Shopify when a user synced the entity

Known issue: In some cases, when a user signed in to the system, the Company and Branch Selection menu was missing on the top pane of the Acumatica ERP screen and the user could not access any branch

Known issue: In Acumatica ERP 2021 R2, if a user created a production order with a non-stock item as a material for one of operations, the system did not create a GL batch related to the material transaction for this operation

What are your things to watch out for when publishing?

Known issue: In some cases, when the user attempted to reopen or cancel an appointment record, the system returned the following error: TX Error: Failed to get taxes from the external tax provider. Check Trace Log for details
