Hello Friends,I’m new to Acumatica and I’m trying to integrate with Acumatica using Contract based REST APIs using OAuth. We have a L1 tier license.I generate the OAuth Access Token first, and then reuse it to call Acumatica APIs. But I often run into “API Login Limit” errors when I try to create Invoices through APIs. I’m confused because I’m not really trying to login and just trying to create Invoices and read customers. And since I’m using OAuth, I only login once and generate an access token, and use it in all subsequent calls.[PXException: API Login Limit]PX.LicensePolicy.PXLicensePolicy.CheckApiUsersLimits() +2479PX.Web.PXApplication.Application_PostAcquireRequestState(Object sender, EventArgs e) +9System.Web.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() +223System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStepImpl(IExecutionStep step) +220System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) +94 Can you please help me un
Dear Experts,We are facing a peculiar issue that I wanted your input with. We have a few non-stock items with a price-sheet in Acumatica. We also built an external integration via REST APIs to create an invoice in Acumatica from an external system. The pricing is different in Acumatica’s price sheet vs External System for one particular Invoice Item, say PRODUCT_X. Since we don’t want Acumatica to calculate it’s own list price when the price comes from External System, we tried to set the UnitPrice, ListPrice, ExtPrice and Amount fields through the API. Acumatica accepts all of them except for ListPrice. It always sets the ListPrice to be the price that Acumatica calculates through the Sales Price Sheet. Do you know if this a known behavior? I am still able to edit the List Price from the UI, but it’s just that I am not able to set it via API. Thanks again for your valuable input, as always!
Dear Experts,This might be a silly configuration issue, but I’m stuck and need your help.I created a new Discount Type with a Sequence: Now, when I tried to apply this discount code to an Invoice Document Detail, system still complains that there is no matching discount sequence to apply - can you please let me know how to fix this? Thank you very much!
Eg: I am trying to create a “Customer” related field in “Invoices” screen. Dear Friends,I am trying to create a custom “Related” field and it doesn’t work for some reason, so need your input. I created a new Customization Project, and in the Data Access section for Invoice, I created a new field: Lets say the Field name is “Shipping Customer”. I added the following as part of field attributes:[CustomerActive(Visibility = PXUIVisibility.SelectorVisible, DescriptionField = typeof(Customer.acctName),Filterable=true, TabOrder=2)][PXUIField(DisplayName="ShippingCustomer")]Once the field is created, I added it to the Invoice Screen, and it appears fine (woohoo!). But when I save the Invoice, the field value is not getting saved into the DB. Any clues why? Thanks for your help!
