I created 2 separate push notification with GI of ItemXRef and BCSyncStatus respectively. It’s perfectly working on my local and other acumatica instance except for the one instance., same configuration same webhook link and same data but push notification is not working on once instance.. May I ask if what possible cause or solution to this?I have tried using webhook site but it seems that event is not being triggered everytime a transaction happens.

Regarding Acumatica APII am developing an app with Sales Order update functionality, I’m appending customer order number with P.O number provided in ecommerce site upon order.The problem is every time I try to update the Sales Order it is not updating. Upon searching for documentation and reference, I read a comment on one forum that PUT request will not work if Order type is not SO. With this I just want to verify if this is correct or if it is, is there a way to update it? Thank you!
An Alternate ID was setup in Stock Item for UOM. Upon syncing the sales order, we found out that the UOM did not properly sync. (for specific order only)As tested and simulated in another instance it worked perfectly. Based on my initial checking through Audit History, I saw that the order created with these UOM which is supposedly (from BigCommerce API order)The first SKU was ordered 24 CS but created as 1EA and the other one was 1920CS and becomes 160PKI also check the Audit History of Stock Item and I found nothing changes on its cross reference - alternate ID
I have BigCommerce B2B sandbox, customer reference number is available in BC checkout as a optional field. P.O and CC are the payment option.When selecting P.O as payment, everything is good, P.O number is imported to its right field in AC which is Customer Order Number. So here is the issue, I want to make use of optional field, customer reference number, and once a customer select a CC as a payment option, that field should be in Customer Order Number field in AC. So we did mapping, Customer Message to Customer Order, however AC seems to ignore the mapping on that field, its just weird that I map same customer message to different field in AC (like description) and its working fine..
