Has anyone configured the BigCommerce connector to work with an existing BigCommerce store? Our client has a well established store and wants to connect to their new Acumatica install. We started testing the syncs in a sandbox to see how it would work and have run into errors. With the stock item sync, we can only export from Acumatica to BC, but the items already exist in BC. When we try to sync anyways, the error says the item already exists. Is there a way to somehow map the two together to resolve the sync issue? Any other gotchas we need to look for in configuring the connector for an existing store? Thanks for your help!
I’m looking for any insight into how best to get the approval date for a document. I’m currently working on getting the approval date for a PO, but I would think it would be the same for an SO eventually. Approved date looks to be in the EPApproval table, and I’m not sure how to link the PO to the EPApproval table to grab the approval date for the document. There is a refNoteID field in EPApproval that contains the po type and po number in the same field, and I can’t get it to link to that field. Anyone successfully pulled approval date before and can share how? Thanks!
Trying to create a no-code customization in 21 R1. I would like to add an action button that uses the create new record functionality from a case to a sales order. I got it to pop up the sales order creation screen, but I would also like it to grab the customer # and case ID to populate into the customer field and a custom case ID field we have on the sales order screen. Is this possible with the no-code customization of adding an action button? The parameters section allows me to pass in the specific order type I’m looking for, but I haven’t gotten it to pass the other fields into the sales order screen. Thanks!
I’m working on creating an action from the case screen to sales order screen. Action would Create Sales Order. On the sales order, I have a UDF that I would like to pass the case ID into with the navigation parameters. I’m not seeing my UDF in the parameter options. Is there a step needed to have it show there or is passing information to a UDF through the action not possible? Thanks!
Customer is having an issue using Chrome with 20.104.0012. Upon login, the session expired pop up appears, and the user can’t click into anything. Anyone else having this problem with the latest Chrome update using 2020 R1? I know older versions have experienced issues, but I haven’t seen anything related to an Acumatica version this recent. We have cleared history, cache and cookies. Thanks!
