Anyone know if this is coming to MYOB Advanced? @JamesBrading69
Update: made some progress on this. Basically it has been done as mentioned above, we are tracking employee time activities from a kisosk type computer. Largely working well but we have a secondary challenge.... Approving time activities is very clunky and approvers have to jump between screens to be able to see whether a lunch break was taken or not
An attribute is the way to go. Add an attribute, then go to item classes and add the attribute to the inventory item class so it appears for all in inventory codes in that class
@Naveen Boga and @kbeatty21 thank you for your help! I don’t know if it is possible to extract the GI in a Business Event - that would be ideal if possible but i cant see how to do that - is it possible?

For Microsoft Shared Mailboxes to work as Exchange system emails in Acumatica/MYOB, these must first begin as a Regular mailbox. They do not need to be licensed, they can be shared, but only after they have been logged into once as a regular mailbox. The act of logging into the account requests the user to provide a phone number and receive a text, and without that it will not work - it seems that this step is needed to initialize the account at Microsoft. After that, the account can be switched to a shared mailbox and the license removed. In the future Microsoft may require a license on shared mailboxes, but that is easy enough to do, but for now it is not required.
In this case, the items quoted are never consistent - we make windows and doors - the lines on the quote would be for example, "house lot of 15 windows, mixed sizes". Due to this we need to enter the cost that we expect so that GP reporting could be achieved. At present we use project quotes, but I'd like to use sales quotes if possible
Yes @traceyash we had a very poor experiance with Traild
