Hi @Driss If you only need to create a Purchase Receipt from a Purchase Order, this can be done with a standard PUT request: PUT ?$expand=Details HTTP/1.1Host: [<Acumatica ERP instance URL>]/entity/Default/23.200.001/PurchaseReceiptAccept: application/jsonContent-Type: application/json { "VendorID": { "value": "GOODFRUITS" }, "Location": { "value": "MAIN" }, "Details": [ { "POOrderNbr": { "value": "000030" }, "POOrderType": { "value": "Normal" } } ]} Source:https://help.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=a93b5926-d164-4a1b-97fe-a1c46af67ea6
Hi @pkabir63 Support for this was added in 2023 R1 of Acumatica. When composing your OData URL, you can add the following parameter to request localized fields be returned in French:?locale=fr-CA For example, if your standard OData request URL is:https://localhost/Acu23R1/OData/Company/InquiryTitle The following would return localized fields in French:https://localhost/Acu23R1/OData/Company/InquiryTitle?locale=fr-CA As an alternative, you could instead add the following header to your OData request to achieve the same result:Accept-Language: fr-CA
Hi @kevinheng21 I noticed from your original screenshot that you are requesting the access token using a JSON format in you request body. If you still prefer to use the Authorization Code flow, try sending the data as x-www-form-urlencoded instead.
Hi @Michael Ndungi Depending on your needs, you could try using $select to limit the fields returned for each record. For example, something like this should dramatically reduce the amount of data returned (and by extension, the time taken to process the request):https://XXX.acumatica.com/entity/Default/20.200.001/Customer?$select=CustomerID,CustomerName I’ve also heard that GI based OData feeds tend to run faster than the WS API.
Hi @bwhite49 This can be done, but it requires a few extra steps. You most likely will not need to add these fields to the Endpoint to interact with them.First, to find the mapped names for your fields, call the following URL to see the complete list/structure of fields available for the Sale Orders screen:[sitename]/entity/Default/23.200.001/SalesOrder/$adHocSchemaYou should find your UDFs listed under the ‘custom.Document’ section. They should all have names that start with ‘Attribute’.To request these fields with a GET request, use the following URL. Custom fields need to be listed in the $custom parameter of your URL:[sitename]/entity/Default/23.200.001/SalesOrder?$custom=Document.AttributeField1,Document.AttributeField2To set these values with a PUT request, send the data in the following format:{ "OrderType": { "value": "SO" }, "CustomerID": { "value": "AACUSTOMER" }, "Description": { "value": "Sales Order Created Through API" }, "custom": { "Document": { "AttributeCOLOR
