Running into an error that the transaction getter is not working, yet we have everything turned on in the processing center. Are we missing something? See images...

@brendan91 For Shopify payment, importing settlement batches/payouts is not yet supported. Today, you can only import payments from Shopify Payments.

OK, that solves it. Thank you.

@KarthikGajendran Do we have a estimated timeframe for this feature? Also can you elaborate on import payments from Shopify Payments? Are you saying we can only import the payment which is associated with the overall transactions or is there another way to do credit card batch settlement in a more efficient manner than one transaction at a time?

@ntrapani There is a out of the box Shopify Payments processor in Acumatica like you have for Authorize.net. You can import Authorized or Authorized and Captured payments from Shopify to Acumatica and Capture and Refund it in Acumatica. The only thing you cant do is initiate a payment in Acumatica. It has to be always initiated in Shopify. The payments are imported for each Sales Order. Currently, we are working on a feature, which will show the fees (Processing fee, Payment transaction fee, etc.,) with the payments so that the reconciliation would be easier.

The payment settlement (also called as Payouts) reconciliation is not supported using the connector as of now. It is not yet planned because we do not have enough requests. But this can be reconciled by using the out of the box bank reconciliation process.
