We are struggling to set up Auto Sync. Since we went live in October 2020, we have been syncing manually due to sync issues. We have the sync issues solved now and want to set up Auto Sync. Can you help us set up Auto Sync?

Thank you. I have set up the immediate sync per your instructions. I will watch to see if it is working. I have also attempted to set up the scheduled sync for tenants that do not have immediate sync. I am a bit confused and concerned it is not set up correctly. Also, there seems to be other scheduled syncs that I cannot figure out what they do.
