On the Inventory Summary scree,, there is a field listing out total # on POs.

Can this field be pulled out and displayed in a GI?

Got it thanks.

 

We have two sites so the GI is now displaying two lines for the same Inventory ID.

Ex:

Large Shipping Pallet              Warehouse A                12 on PO

Large Shipping Pallet              Warehouse B                0 on PO

 

Are we able to set the GI so it just shows one line and the total outstanding on POs regardless of warehouse?

 

I’ve played around with grouping by inventory ID and setting a SUM function on the QTY on PO field but this appears to sum all other fields as well (resulting in a doubling of either financial figures such as cost & price).

@jwarren you’ll need to apply a grouping on the item and make sure there is no grouping on the warehouse.

This way all lines of the same item will be lumped into one line, regardless of warehouse.
