Hy community ! 

 

We set up a bunch of business event on the previous 22R2.

A lot vere triggered by “On row insered” condition ( because based on GI).

But It doesn’t work anymore. We had to use Calendar condition  that is not very convenient.

Is anybody facing the same issue?

Hi @cecileclep09 I have not faced any issue similar to that, but due to few reason my invoice email is not triggered in 23R1 due to Acumatica bug on “ Record Insert”. Now we need to change the other conditions new filed value etc to make it work.

Hi @manikantad18 

The problem is not the triggering of the business event but the application of the import scenario. Nothing happens when the business event is triggered. 

However, when we use the calendar or the action trigger, the import scenario works correctly.
