We are trying to find a report that breaks out the Labor and Overhead from our unit cost in the lower level of our BOMs. This is something we had in our previous system and was used for multiple entries and analysis in Finance. Here is Acumatica’s version. There is columns for Material, Labor and Overhead.

Is there a way to show these on the lower levels of the BOMs.

Here is the report from our old system where is breaks out the labor and overhead for lower level assemblies.

Thank you

@lcopeland - we currently don’t have this report today. This would be a custom report that you might be able to build yourself… (or have your partner help)

@lcopeland - on second thought - this report should be breaking out lower level costs. Are you on 2022 R2? If so - can you please log a support case for this? I believe our development has already discovered this. When you log the case please send me the case number. Debbie.Baldwin@acumatica.com.

We’re on:

Acumatica 2022 R2
Build 22.210.0020

We also can’t see the labor values when running the costed BoM report. We’re not seeing any Overhead data either, but maybe we’re not using it right? How do you see the FULL cost for a BoM in a report? All Materials, labor, assigned Overhead, tools, literally all costs? I can see Overhead & Materials on BoM Summary, but not labor.

So far the only tool that does this is Calculate BoM Cost on the BoM itself, but it refuses to show it’s work and we have to run the other reports to try and ensure it’s all matching. Anyone have a way to show all the costs by line?

Michael,

This should be on the report Multi Level BOM (Costed). But there is a current issue with the report.

We put in a case for this and this is the most recent response. “This fix for this issue is expected in Build 22R212 which is scheduled for release on or around 3/24/23.”

@lcopeland - THANK YOU! We will look into getting this upgrade!
