Hi All,

I’ve been browsing through the forums trying to figure out how to pull P&L figures into an inquiry that shows a P&L by accountID and subaccount and create a dashboard but the data that shows up in view inquiry is wrong. Several of the expense and revenue lines are missing from the data output and the subaccounts are wrong. Also the numbers pulled in are way higher than they should be. I did used to have ledger and subledger tables in the inquiry but they made no change to the data. We also only have one branch so dont need that. Here are some screenshots.

I looked at those and those are just links to reports within Acumatica. I was looking for a GI that would pull all the P&L data so I can make my own dashboard.

Needing this as well so would love to see a solution to this.


Best I could do was make a pivot table of P&L but it just doesn't cut-it as far as formatting and flexibility goes. Hard to get totals where you want them etc.
