How do I update Customer Credit Limit for groups of customers with different values? We have appx. 1000 customer Credit Limit changes/updates to make (out of our 2500 total customers) with multiple different $$$ value limits. We prefer not to do these manually. Thank you.

Report that has GL activity at transaction Level

Hello,I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a report that has GL activity for the month of April at the transaction level for the purpose of splitting the activity into two sections 4/1-4/25 and 4/26-4/30?It would most likely be trying to open up the Account Details Inquiry to allow for more than one GL account. Open to any other ideas might have to get that data.Thanks.

Update inventory valuation report to display Qty Available instead of Qty on Hand

I need to add the Qty available to the Inventory Valuation report, however the entire report seems to be based off Qty on hand in the INTranCost table. We need to know how much of a given product is available and the total cost of everything sitting on the shelf unsold. Has anyone else tried adding this field to the report in report designer?

Banks Feeds Issues with Check Numbers

Hi, is there anyone that has had success bringing in check numbers from a corporate checking account into Acumatica bank feeds (via MX or Plaid)? Our current bank feed with current bank only shows the word “check” with no actual check numbers. Also have a number of corporate credit cards who will no longer be supported via MX or Plaid through my bank Curious which banks anyone has successfully accomplished this functionality (JP Morgan, Bank of America, Truist, etc)

Bank Feeds in Test Environment

We have a test environment that we regularly copy data into from our live company. However, each time we do copy this data, it pulls over the bank feed connections and then creates a System Constraint error for exceeding the number of bank feeds allowed by our license. Ideally, we could just delete these bank feeds in the test environment but when I attempt to do that, I get the following error: The bank feed service (path: 0/plaid/item/remove) returned the following server error: BadRequest I have gone as far as deleting the feeds in the live database before copying it to the test environment, but the issue that this causes is reconnecting them in the live database- transactions start to get duplicated and it becomes a hassle when matching/processing bank transactions. Has anyone run into this issue and have a solution?

Duplicated Fixed Assets Purchases

Hello!We had credits in Fixed Asset Clearing and duplicated Fixed Assets for these credits. (Fixed Assets created in Feb 2024, and the credits posted to Fixed Asset Clearing in April 2024).How do we fix these errors?We were wondering if we should reverse the duplicated Fixed Assets to offset the credits in the Fixed Assets Clearing Account. We just want to make sure it happens in the current month, not affect the prior Financial months that we booked. Thank you so much for your help!

How to setup Canadian Tax Zones for expense receipts

I am not in any way knowledgable on how to setup tax zones for a Canadian client. Are there detailed instructions on how to setup tax zones for an Acumatica tenant that does have Canadian Localization turned on?For example : I want two tax zones setup for British ColombiaCADBC with GST 5% and PST 7% (GST GL# 2510, sub 00009.900)(PST GL# 2510, sub 00100.900)CADBCSR with only GST 5% (GST to GL# 2510, sub 00009.900)What are the steps I need to perform to do this?And then be able to assign those tax zones to Employees, which I know how to do.(BTW, these will exclusively be used for Expense receipts)

I’m new to 1099 reporting in Acumatica. I processed a payment, which shows on 1099 Vendor History report (screenshot 1), but the 1099-NEC (also MISC) just shows me a white page. The 1099 box is checked for the Company. Is there something else I need to do?

WO order type, disable print or email invoice before releasing?

Hello Dear community, We have found our WO order type is required to print invoice or email invoice before we can release the order at the end of the sales order invoicing process. These are not invoices we want to email to the customer, can we make them always print invoice on paper or not email or print invoice but will allow us to release in the sales order invoice process I was wondering what options are available so we can process WO sales order types, just not email invoices to customers? Thanks in advance for any help. If we mark these 2 options, will this do the trick?

How Acumatica differenciate if an attachment is uploaded from "Files" or "Image" section of the Expense Receipt?

Hello All,Does anyone know how Acumatica differenciate if an attachment is uploaded from "Files" or "Image" section of the Expense Receipt?If we upload a jpg from “Upload Image” of the Expense Receipt Screen, the platform shows the “Image Preview” but if we attach the same file from the “Files” on top of the screen it is not previewed.I checked UploadFile, UploadFileRevision and NoteDoc and both of the records are Identical except to their FileID that of course should be a Unique Indentifier anyways.I also checked the EPExpenseClaimDetails and couldn’t find a possible reference to the File which is uploaded using the “Upload Image”. All I can find in the graph, its extensions or the page is a “PXImageUploader” in the page nothing else.Any help is appreciated.

Consolidation int the same tenant - 2 Ledgers in one within the same tenant

Hello !My client use two differents ledgers.The first one is for accounting and official purpose.The second one is for estimation and subledgers corrections. It doesn’t need to be published fot accounting autorities. I need to consolidate both into a third that would give the real position of the subaccount.(Users would like to keep using the standard screens like GL401000 & GL404000 wich very convenient).At first, I thought use consolidation feature but is there any possibilies to make it work within only only one tenant ? Hi Acumaticans.Looking for a check format as noted above. Client refuses to buy new check stock and would be great to not have to reinvent the wheel. This report design is too painful to work with when it comes to making these kinds of layout changes.

Hi,I am still struggling to find the right report in the system to show the project information. What I need is a report that show the budget amount and the actual amount by project task. I look through the report section in Project but nothing fit. What I am doing now is to copy the information from the revenue budget tab and cost budget tab under “Project” to Excel and create a report myself. Not sure I miss anything.
