AR report filters causing a problem

AR report by Customer MC

 

Does anyone have any ideas why the filters shown on the attached report will not allow the report to run with the warnings below. I have picked up the customer name from the drop down list so it must exist…? Thanks

Hi @Malinda278 

Do you have Branches in your instance? That may be causing an issue if you did not select a branch.
