How do we enable Azure AD login for Acumatica Add-In in Outlook?

Hello guys,

How do we enable Azure AD login of Acumatica Add-In in Outlook? Our version is Acumatica Cloud ERP 2021 R2 Build 21.204.0055.

Thank you in advance. 

 

 

 

The Azure AD login is visible in web but not in Acumatica Add-In in Outlook

Hi @chenwm - You are in the community with a registered guest role. Only customer and partner roles can access KBs and Ideas. Community roles come over from Acumatica CRM. If you are a customer or partner, you need to work with your business account administrator to update your role in CRM.

At present, the Outlook add-in does not support SSO.
